Pilates and Strength

Service Description

This is a strength workout that doesn’t push you to the max. Gently integrating concepts from core strength training, resistance bands, and TRX, we focus on technique and form, specific muscle groups, using strength to gain mobility and stability (balance!)—all without a sense of strain, urgency or gritting of teeth. Adaptations available to meet almost anyone’s needs.
